When you’re taking a walk at the Lal Bagh, spend some time exploring different types of mangoes at the Lalbagh Mango Mela 2026 where More than 100 farmers will put up stalls and display different Karnataka Mango varities. There will be about 80 stalls for mangoes and 10 stalls selling jackfruit also. 

The Mango Festival in Bengaluru will start from May 20 and will go on for a month.

  • You can find different varieties of mangoes like Alphonso, Mallika, Raspuri, Badami and many more. The cost will be different for every type of mango. So check before you buy. 
  • You can also find organically grown and chemical free mango stalls at the LalBagh Mango Mela. So if you choose healthy then you can visit these stalls for mangoes. 
  • These mangoes are grown in Lalbagh itself and hence available for a short period of time only. 
  • These mangoes are sweet with rich flavor and smooth texture hence considered the best mangoes by South Indians.

Metro: You can take metro to reach Lalbagh Metro station on the green line. From there it's about 200m to reach Lalbagh East gate. 

Road: You can also take your private vehicles or cabs to reach Lalbagh. The roads are well maintained and there is parking available outside Lalbagh. 

It can be crowded during weekends.
