The Bangalore Literature Festival 2024 is going to take place on December 14 & 15, 2024. The two-day Bangalore Literature Festival 2024 will be held at Hotel Lalit Ashok, Bangalore.
At the Lalit Ashok, various programs in 2023 were held at 6 different venues as given below:

Bangalore Literature Festival Registration fees
All events held at the Bangalore Literature Festival 2024 are free of cost until indicated. However, you must register yourself before the event to stay updated through emails. One-time registration allows the visitors to attend the two-day event.
Note:
- Because of the large crowds, parking might not be available at the venue. Please plan to arrive early.
- Free Shuttle service available from vidhan soudha metro station to the venue.
- You can buy Food and drinks from the hotel's food counters.
- There will be many water dispensers available. However, It would be great if you bring your own bottle to help reduce the use of paper cups.
- Preventative safety measures will be implemented.
- There will be no live streaming of the sessions.. However, recordings of the event will be made available on our YouTube channel after a few days.

- Details such as A 250 - 500 Word proposal covering the story idea, background, characters, and summary with a small clip of your writing.
The books can be both Fictional or Non-Fictional in English only.
Once all entries are received the panel will shortlist 25 finalists and 10 waitlisted finalists. These 25 finalists will be given a chance to pitch their book idea to the jury panel, get feedback and connect with great publishers.

The Pitch can be submitted in any way that gives it the best suit like storytelling, Short video, slide deck, short play or musical, dance, etc. However, ensure that the pitch is within 3 minutes.
And be prepared for some Q&A sessions from the Jury on the stage with the live audience to cheer you up.
