One of the most famous festivals celebrated in Nagaland, North East India is the Hornbill Festival. At the Hornbill Festival, you can enjoy tempting food, folk music, handicrafts, rice beer, and many more things. The celebration of the festival lasts for 10 days in the first week of December. You can enjoy games, quizzes, painting competitions and much more at the Hornbill Festival.

How to Reach Hornbill Festival
One can reach Hornbill Festival locations through:
Flight: You can take a flight to the National airport, The Dimapur Airport, Nagaland. In case of International Flights reach Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati or Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata. From there you can take buses.
Train: You can take a train from Assam to Dimapur Railway station. For which first you need to reach Assam.
Road: You can also take private cars or cabs or Buses and travel through the National Highways that connect Nagaland to major states of India.
