Lalbagh Palace History
The construction of the palace began in 1886 and continued till 1926. It was built by the Holkar dynasty. Maharaja Tukojirao Holkar II started the construction. It was completed by Maharaja Tukojirao Holkar III. The materials used in the construction are as follows:
